Gema is a Civil Engineer, graduated from the State University of Malang in 2017. He began his career in R&D at a concrete precast manufacturer before transitioning to loss adjusting in 2019, with experience across property, construction, engineering, and telecommunications claims, including the 2020 Jakarta Flood.
In 2023, he joined a leading Indonesian insurance company to expand his expertise in claims management and insurance operations, and in 2025, he joined McLarens as a Loss Adjuster.
