Giorgi Barbakadze is a finance professional who began his career in banking in 2011, where he progressed through senior and management roles focused on financial analysis, business risk assessment, and budgeting across a wide range of industries in Georgia.
In 2019, he founded Be Group, a loss adjusting and risk assessment firm, and became closely involved in handling property, construction-related, catastrophe, cargo, and business interruption claims. In 2024, he also launched Countman, an accounting outsourcing company. He currently serves as Executive Director of both businesses.
Giorgi’s experience brings together leadership, finance, and risk expertise with hands-on involvement in claims work. He is known for his practical mindset, clear communication, and ability to navigate complex cases with a strong commercial perspective.
