She has handled a range of sensitive and high-value losses involving artworks and cash, working closely with insurers, brokers and insureds to deliver clear, proportionate and well-reasoned claim outcomes. Alongside this experience, Giovanna also manages property and construction & engineering claims, providing a strong technical foundation and a practical, detail-driven approach to complex and multi-disciplinary losses.
