Hayley started off in 2009 in broking house dealing with insurance claims for mobile phone. Hayley progressed quickly to motor claims.
In 2016 Hayley decided to move into loss adjusting where she started handling residential and commercial property claims.
Hayley then joined McLarens as Senior Account Handler in 2024 in the Real Estate team, where she deals with both UK a European claims and is a buddy to junior members of the team.
