Helen joined McLarens in 2024 as Quality Assurance & Development Lead, bringing over 35 years of insurance industry experience.
Helen began her career in 1989 as a high street broker, developing strong technical foundations across motor and personal lines. In 2014, she joined Davies Group, where she held a series of quality, intervention, and case management roles. In 2020, Helen was promoted to Technical Manager, with responsibility for technical compliance and audit.
At McLarens, Helen supports the development and administration of the quality assurance framework and learning and development strategy across the UK & Ireland business, helping to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Her role has a strong focus on technical excellence, regulatory compliance, and continuous professional development.
