Helen joined McLarens in 2008. She has spent her career within the loss adjusting sector. Commencing in 2001 with GAB Robins Helen then moved onto work at Cunningham Lindsay.
Helen’s natural instinct for system and process management and management information production led her to focus on senior administration and MI production as well as an analytical role in the business. Helen leads the administration, process and fund holding control role on a number of key accounts managed on a delegated authority based ground-up claims management models. Her IT skills and process intuition led to her involvement as one of McLarens UK systems ambassadors in the development and roll-out of our claims management and workflow system – McLarens One.
