After studying civil engineering, in 2001 Henrik started as a consultant at a construction consultancy in The Hague. In 2006 Henrik switched to loss adjustment when he joined Vanderwal & Joosten.
With over 15 years of experience in the Dutch insurance industry, Henrik has developed into a versatile expert who deals with complex Liability- and work equipment- but also CAR-/EAR-claims, predominantly in the Netherlands, but partly also in Belgium, Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Since 2019, Henrik has been part of an NCP team (NIVRE calamities and projects) and has been handling numerous claims (allegedly) caused by earthquakes induced from gas extraction in Groningen in the north of the Netherlands.
