Nguyen Kim Hoang is a Certified CILA loss adjuster with over 15 years of experience handling complex non-marine and marine claims across Vietnam and the wider region. He specialises in property, construction, engineering, and electrical machinery losses, supported by a strong technical background in electrical engineering.
Hoang graduated from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technical Education and began his career in construction, supervising electrical and fire protection systems across a range of projects. This practical site experience underpins his technical approach to loss assessment and claims management.
Since joining McLarens in 2011, Hoang has managed a wide range of major and complex losses across power and energy, engineering, and large industrial risks. His international experience includes assignments at hydroelectric projects in Laos, wind power projects, thermal power plants in Cambodia, and earthquake-related claims in Thailand. He also has significant experience in natural catastrophe (NAT CAT) losses, including typhoon events such as Yagi and Bua Loi.
