Irakli Datishvili has over 12 years of experience in financial and operational management, with expertise encompassing banking and business process optimisation. He graduated from Georgian Technical University with a degree in Banking, Finance and Insurance. Irakli began his career at leading Georgian banks, spending eight years in business lending, including leadership roles as Branch Manager, overseeing credit, operational functions across diverse business sectors. Since 2022, he has served as Chief Operating Officer at Be Group, Georgia’s loss assessment company. Irakli oversees strategic operations, implements ISO-aligned quality systems, coordinates HR, legal, IT and marketing functions, while driving process automation and continuous improvement. As McLarens’ representative in Georgia, he ensures that internal processes and procedures remain fully aligned with international standards.
