Ivette began her insurance career in 2007 in a claims customer service department. Later, she worked her way up to accounting administrator where she monitored all account transactions and oversaw book-keeping.
In 2015, Ivette obtained her property adjusters license in the state of Florida. She then assisted field adjusters with their daily diary logs.
Ivette joined McLarens in 2019.
