Jack is a resourceful and innovative leader with more than two decades of experience in delivering improvements and risk management within the insurance industry. Previously recruited to turn around a struggling department, Jack has succeeded in delivering multiple cost savings, process improvements, and efficiency-boosting programs. Additionally, Jack recruited, identified, and mentored future leaders. Throughout his career Jack has had significant experience controlling multi million-dollar budgets and rapidly progressed into roles of increased responsibility.
Jack began his insurance career a multi line adjuster and soon became an SIU representative. He moved into management as a supervisor and then was promoted to a Regional Manager and later to Director of Claims Operations. Jack held a Director title for three companies in the insurance industry.
Jack has also managed, and direct handled claims associated with General Liability, Commercial and Residential Property, Excess Workers Comp, Auto, Premises as well as Inland Marine exposures.
