I entered the Insurance industry in 2020 as a Graduate Trainee Loss Adjuster at Crawford and Company. I spent 5 years at Crawford’s, with 3 years experience of desk based adjusting roles and 2 years field based dealing with both Commercial and Domestic claims. During this time, I became a nominated high net worth client Adjuster and obtained Dip CILA and Cert CII qualifications.
I joined McLaren’s as a Commercial Loss Adjuster in June 2025 working in the North East and Yorkshire region. James is also involved in Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters (CILA) and Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) associations.
