James started his career with Allianz, working as a domestic claims handler. Having held different positions, James progressed to a Senior Claims Handler on the Technical and Validation Team overseeing all technical queries. During his 13 years at Allianz, James developed a wealth of technical experience and handled claims during numerous surge events.
In 2017, James entered the adjusting arena as a Commercial Property Adjuster working from a base in Cardiff handling a portfolio of commercial property claims. During the weather surge of March 2018, James also handled claims for several High Net Worth clients.
In 2018 James joined McLarens.
