Biography

Jane is a Chartered Accountant, Certified Fraud Examiner and qualified Loss Adjuster with over 25 years of experience specialising in forensic accounting, dispute consulting, investigations, and fraud and cyber risk advisory. Her career spans roles in external and internal audit, commercial accounting, and senior positions within Big Four accounting firms and a global mining company in both Australia and the United States.

Jane entered the insurance sector in 2010 with Marsh’s Forensic Accounting team and has since developed deep expertise across cyber, crime and fidelity, and complex financial loss quantification. Before joining McLarens, she led the cyber incident response solution for Australia and New Zealand at a global loss adjusting firm, providing crisis management services for insurers and quantifying cyber business interruption losses.

She has extensive experience conducting complex fraud investigations, preparing expert loss quantification reports, and managing large-scale multi-million dollar financial loss assessments. Jane is a former committee member of Women in Insurance (Victoria) and former board member of the ACFE Melbourne Chapter.
