Jasmine started off her claim handling journey in 2022 at Sovereign Automotive as an Admin and complaints handler. From there she went on to be an FNOL handler, to a Pending handler, and then an on-hire handler back in. In these roles she has liaised with third party insurers for total loss payments whilst arguing liability disputes.
Jasmine joined McLarens in July 2025 as a motor claims handler.
