With over 30 years of experience spanning real estate, international affairs, disaster recovery, and emerging technologies, Johnnie has built a dynamic and results-driven career.
She began her professional journey at Sentinel Real Estate, a leading institutional investor in multifamily housing, where she held progressive roles from Property Manager to Marketing and Training Director for the Eastern U.S.
Johnnie’s global acumen was spotlighted during her tenure with the Atlanta Committee for the Olympic Games and the International Olympic Committee, where she served as Vice President of International Relations. In this role, she managed high-level logistics and housing for international dignitaries, demonstrating a strong aptitude for diplomacy and large-scale event coordination.
She later served as Eastern Group Director at Haas Publishing, overseeing operations across 46 U.S. markets. Her leadership continued in national business development roles, including Executive Vice President at Instar, a national disaster response firm, and Vice President of National Accounts at Interstate Disaster Restoration.
In recent years, Johnnie entered the proptech space, where she launched the London market for the tech startup Inhabitr, gaining valuable experience in international market expansion and innovation.
Currently, Johnnie serves as Senior Director – U.S. Business Development for McLarens, a global leader in claims management and loss adjusting. In this role, she leads strategic growth initiatives across the U.S., aligning McLarens’ global capabilities with evolving market demands.
