Jonathan (Jon) Clark joined McLarens in 2020 as Vice President of Corporate Development to lead the company’s M&A strategy and the Corporate Development function. He is a dynamic finance professional focused on partnering with executives to drive strategic growth in global markets while ensuring the financial and operational integrity of an organization.
Throughout his 20-year successful career, Jon has held positions both within large global companies and as an adviser supporting strategy development and business growth through M&A. Prior to joining McLarens, Jon served as the Vice President of Global Strategy for a publicly traded, financial services company. Before that, he also served as the Group CFO for an Australian-based specialty finance company and Managing Director for a middle market investment bank.
Jon holds a Master of Business Administration from the Darden Graduate School of Business at the University of Virginia, and a Bachelor’s of Science in Chemistry from the University of Richmond.
