Jorge entered the insurance industry in 2012, developing a strong foundation as a multi-line claims adjuster with a regional independent adjusting firm where he conducted on-site inspections, evaluated damages, and prepared detailed estimates across a variety of loss types. Drawing on nearly eight years of architectural experience, he brings a unique combination of drafting proficiency and practical knowledge of construction and building systems, enabling him to accurately scope damages and assess repair requirements with a technical eye.
Building on his field experience, Jorge transitioned to the carrier side, managing complex claims from a desk perspective. His responsibilities included in-depth file reviews, coverage analysis, and handling indemnity payments for QBE and other prominent carriers, further strengthening his ability to manage claims throughout the full lifecycle.
In 2018, Jorge joined McLarens as a General Adjuster and has since advanced to National General Adjuster, managing complex, high-exposure claims across multiple states from initial inspection through final resolution. He brings a hybrid skill set that combines field investigations with desk-based claim management, ensuring thorough and efficient handling of every case.
Jorge is highly proficient in Xactimate, with strong expertise in scoping and estimating, and possesses advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and complex data systems, including Bordereaux reporting and SIR tracking. Additionally, he has extensive experience in TPA claims operations, consistently driving operational efficiency while maintaining exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
