Jorge began his insurance career in 2012. He worked for a regional independent adjusting firm as a multi-line claims adjuster, inspecting losses and preparing estimates. After learning the ins and outs of field adjusting claims, Jorge then took his knowledge to the insurance company side to conduct in-depth file reviews, complex coverage decisions and indemnity payments for QBE.
Jorge is efficient in Xactimate, scope and estimating, and has a strong background in Microsoft Excel, Bordereaux, and complex data systems. Jorge started with McLarens in 2018 as a General Adjuster.
