Joshua began his career with Lloyds Banking Group in June 2025, joining straight from high school as part of the Domestic Home Claims team, specializing in accidental damage. Over time, he progressed into the Multiple Perils team, handling a wide range of claims including storm, escape of water, flood and theft.
During his nine years with the business, he developed strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in property insurance, managing a variety of complex claims and major surge events — from frozen pipe surges to the numerous severe storms that have impacted customers across the UK.
Joshua’s dedication to delivering excellent customer outcomes, combined with a deep understanding of claims processes and loss management, has shaped his professional approach.
Most recently, he joined McLarens as a Senior Claims Technician, where he continues to apply his expertise to support fair and efficient claims handling with the loss adjusters, while further developing my career within the insurance and loss adjusting industry.
