Juan Miguel holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana and has over 15 years of experience as a Claims Adjuster, developing and leading teams in Property & Casualty claims, as well as technical, special, and complex risks.
He began his professional career in 2010 managing claims for both the public and private sectors in Mexico, where he gained extensive experience in handling catastrophic and complex claims. Juan Miguel has completed various specialized programs and diplomas in insurance, reinforcing his commitment to continuous professional development.
Over the course of his career, he has developed strong expertise in claims management across Mexico, the Caribbean, as well as Central and South America, supporting both local insurers and the international markets. Leveraging his market knowledge, he has identified opportunities that have enabled the growth of new businesses.
In October 2024, he joined McLarens Mexico, further solidifying his career with a globally recognized leader in the insurance industry.
