Holder of a degree in aeronautical engineering, he has spent 19 years in customer support at Dassault Aviation, including 18 months at the completion center in Little Rock, Arkansas, and three years in Hannover, Germany, as a Field Technical Representative. A technical specialist in the back office during the first half of his career, he transitioned to a frontline role in the second half, serving as Customer Service Manager responsible for clients in East, West, and North Africa, as well as parts of France and Pakistan. He also holds a French private pilot license and has experience flying the Jodel D112, Robin DR400, and ATL.
