Kathy has worked in the Insurance industry for 18 years and has gained a multitude of experience spanning across business development, project management, operations and client service, people and claims management. She seeks to achieve optimal results with competent planning and organization whilst driving business growth and strategy. She is a diplomatic leader and analytical thinker ensuring quality standards by way of collaboration teamwork and innovation thinking. Kathy also has experience in the handling of Motor, EL and PL claims.
