At LV, Kellisa managed FNOL domestic home claims up to £20k from first notification to settlement, strengthening her technical understanding of policy coverage, validation, and customer support during stressful situations.
She later expanded her expertise at Sedgwick, supporting senior adjusters on domestic losses up to £50k and assisting with major-loss claims up to £100k through a dedicated secondment. With over 12 years of customercare experience across banking, healthcare, retail, and property, she is known for her communication skills, problemsolving mindset, and professionalism.
A qualified BDMA Insurance Technician and CILA student, Kellisa is committed to developing her commercial property knowledge and progressing toward becoming a fully fledged Commercial Loss Adjuster at McLarens.
