Kurtis Horrocks came to Norcross in 2020 as an experienced National General Adjuster, having worked for a national claims management company for over a decade. During this time Kurtis honed his claim handling skills, working losses related to fire, water, and storm damages, and even an avalanche loss.
As his experience and knowledge grew, Kurtis was recognized by management, advancing in the company from Multi-Line Adjuster to Sr. Multi-Line Adjuster, to General Adjuster, to finally National General Adjuster. Kurtis was also a sought-after resource by his colleagues as they tackled more difficult and complex claims and wanted his professional expertise.
Whether adjusting losses ranging from residential claims on up to complex multi-million dollar claims for commercial properties, Kurtis prided himself on providing the best customer care possible, focusing on clear communication and accurate settlements. For this, he received recognition not only from clients, but from management as well.
Kurtis resides in Wyoming, and handles claims throughout Wyoming, Utah, Idaho, Oregon and Washington. He has a B.S. in Automotive Technology from Weber State and enjoys being an active member of the Wyoming Claims Association.
