Leah began her career at Gallagher Bassett in 2010. Within three months she was promoted to a Claims Adjuster working within a team specialising in handling property damage claims for Local Authorities with a caseload of circa 350. Leah continued to advance her career within Gallagher Bassett by joining the Utility Claims team handling both property and public liability claims, where she was actively involved in client meetings and training new members of the team.
In July 2014 Leah joined QuestGates Ltd where her handling authority increased and she was able to deal with a wider range of claims covering Public Liability, Product Liability, Employers Liability, Property Owners and Personal Accident claims. Leah had an active caseload of 300 for various sectors including retail, housing associations, warehouse and distribution and individual Policyholder’s. She undertook liability investigations, quantum negotiations and policy validation. Being the sole handler on multiple accounts Leah was involved in preparing claim reviews and attending client meetings.
Leah joined Mclarens in October 2023.
