Marc started his career in 1996 with AOM as base and line maintenance technician on Douglas, Boeing and Airbus products. After acting as maintenance engineer and team leader with several airlines, Marc joined the Airbus Customer Support Department in 1999 as Field Service Representative serving a number of overseas assignments worldwide and providing onsite support to Airlines for Entry In Service of the new Airbus A380.
In order to widen his technical expertise in Aviation, Marc joined Dassault Aviation in 2013 as Customer Services Manager, in charge of supporting Falcon’s owners and operators in all aspects. With 17 years of expatriation, a serious technical background and an enhanced customer mindset, Marc joined the Paris office in March 2022. Marc holds a PART66 B1-C since 2000 from the NLA and is a licensed ultralight aircraft pilot.
