Biography

Marco De Leon has over twenty five years of experience in the insurance industry, having gained a Bachelors of Arts degree in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1989. He started his career on the adjusting side with the world’s largest adjuster, before moving to the world’s largest broker. From here, he spent some time on the claims adjusting side with AIG and Allianz investigating and analyzing claims, before moving back to loss adjusting.

Marco has handled top Fortune 1000 companies’ losses with respect to commercial property, liability, and builders risk losses. During this time, he has also assisted with risk management accounts with respect to property damages, business interruption, builders’ risk, manufacturing facilities, and energy plants. Marco has also adjusted catastrophic losses that include the Northridge Earthquake, 9/11, Hurricane Isabel in 2004, Hurricane Katrina, Rita, Wilma in 2005, and Hurricane Gustav and Ike in 2008.
