In 1991, Mariano began his career with Abel Rodriguez and Associates (local Adjuster Company) as Junior Adjuster. Within two years he was promoted to specialized Adjuster in areas of Robbery, Fire and Personal and Business Lines. By 1998, Mariano joined our McLarens team. That year he was summoned as part of the claims assistance team for Natural disasters in Puerto Rico – Hurricane George – for 6 months. The following year he was promoted to Senior Adjuster. Mariano participated in the development of the first local branch of McLarens in the province of Neuquén, the province of Mendoza, the province of Córdoba and the development of the branch Rosario. In 2014, Mariano was promoted to Property Manager and regional supervisor.
