He possesses in‑depth experience handling large and complex commercial, residential, general liability, and builders risk losses. He has also participated in several catastrophe deployments, including hurricanes, tornadoes, and wildfires. Through these experiences, he has developed extensive knowledge of multiple estimating platforms, including Xactimate and CoreLogic. Throughout his career, he has earned both individual and leadership honors within various organizations, such as Team Manager Top Team in 2022, Large Loss Top Rookie in 2020, the Special Projects and Continual Improvement Award in 2019, and CEO recognition during Hurricane Irma and the California wildfires of 2017.
