Mark entered the industry in 2008 when assisting in the development of a Recoveries Department at GAB Robins in Manchester. After a period of 2 years after establishing the department, Mark was taken on as a Trainee Casualty Adjuster handling both investigate only and cradle to grave property and personal injury cases.
In 2011, Mark was employed by SLS Liability Adjusters as a Casualty Adjuster based in London, again dealing with a wide scope of liability claims. Mark returned to the North West working for SLS out of the Manchester office where he held the position of Senior Casualty Adjuster.
