Michael Poulos joined McLarens as Executive Vice President, Strategy & Operations in 2023.
Most recently Michael served as a member of the global Operating Committee of Marsh, LLC, (2015- 2023) where he led the creation and growth of the Marsh Advisory, a global business providing clients with services across the domains of Risk Consulting, Claims Advocacy, Analytics, and Captive Management. Prior to Marsh, Michael spent 21 years with Oliver Wyman, the global strategy consulting firm as a consultant and senior partner in the firm’s financial services practice. At Oliver Wyman, Michael helped build the firm from a dozen partners and fewer than 100 staff in New York and London to a global franchise with over 500 partners serving clients in every major geography. From 2008 through 2014, Michael headed the firm’s Financial Services business in the Americas and served as the firm’s New York office head.
Michael holds a BS in Economics, magna cum laude, with concentrations in Finance and Political Science, from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a Joseph Wharton Scholar.
