After completing his graduation Mitchell has worked as a laboratory technician for several chemical companies for 10 years. In the beginning of his career, Mitchell worked at a laboratory in the food and feed industry. After 6 years, Mitchell worked as a quality control lab technician at a company that produces the original component of fiberglass. Before joining the McLarens, Mitchell worked as an analyst at a research partner in the pharmaceutical industry.
