Molly has worked for both large and small insurance carriers managing farm and ranch, residential and commercial claims throughout the United States. For most of her career, she has been involved in catastrophe response, helping people get back on their feet after natural disasters. She has extensive experience in wind, hail, tornado, water and fire losses. Molly is consistently focused on learning and development in her field, most recently earning certifications from Haag Engineering and a remote pilot license.
