Arfan is a graduate of Industrial Engineering from Krisnadwipayana University with extensive experience in heavy equipment maintenance and damage assessment. He began his career at PT Uniquip through the Basic Mechanic Course (2017–2018) and progressed through roles as Maintenance Mechanic (2018–2020), Mechanic 3 (2020–2023), and Mechanic 2 (2023–2024).
He has hands-on expertise operating and maintaining a wide range of heavy machinery, including excavators, wheel loaders, tandem rollers, vibro compactors, cranes (truck, crawler, rough terrain), bulldozers, asphalt finishers, and dump trucks.
Since late 2024, Arfan has been with McLarens Indonesia as a Surveyor/Assistant Adjuster for Heavy Equipment, supporting survey and claims activities nationwide and assisting the property division with stock assessments.
