Nguyen Thanh Nam is a Certified CILA Loss Adjuster with over 18 years of experience in handling property and material damage claims. He brings strong technical expertise supported by a background in mechanical engineering and extensive hands-on field experience across multiple international markets.
Nam began his career as a precision mechanic in Europe before progressing into engineering roles in Germany and Saudi Arabia, including work with Technip as a mechanical and pump engineer. Since joining McLarens in 2009, he has managed a wide range of losses, including construction, stock, theft, and marine claims, and has contributed to several major losses exceeding USD 10 million.He has also been actively involved in catastrophe response, including Typhoon Yagi (2024) and earthquake-related losses in Thailand (2025).
