Nguyen Thanh Nam joined McLarens in 2009, and is a staff adjuster. Mr. Nam was previously employed as a precision mechanic from 1988 to 1991 in Poldi Sond steel factory, Kladno Province, Czechoslovakia. In 1991 he moved to Germany and joined another engineering firm as a precision engineer.
From 2007 until 2008 Mr. Nam worked for Technip in Saudi Arabia as a mechanical/pump engineer. Mr. Nam brings extensive practical field experience to McLarens adjusting team and has handled stock and theft losses and also marine surveys for the company.
