Natalie started out in the Insurance industry in 1998 as a claims handler in third party injury claims at Highway Insurance (now LV). After many years working in the motor insurance industry, she moved over to dealing with travel insurance claims for a number of years. She then returned to motor insurance as a team leader in 2008 and has now been successfully managing teams over various sectors for the last 18 years.
Based in the Chelmsford office at Mclarens, Natalie is now one of three team leaders, starting in April 2024 after substantial growth within the Real Estate team. Natalie overseas 6 team members including 2 remote adjusters and 2 claims tech’s in our Cork office.
