Natalie began her career at a Claimant’s Solicitors firm based in Liverpool primarily focusing on the onboarding of Personal Injury claims before moving to a Defence Solicitors as a Claims Handler. Natalie was promoted within 18 months to a Senior Claims Hander role, handling a varied caseload on behalf of major UK retailers. It was here where Natalie was able to develop the necessary skills to undertake liability investigations, quantum decisions and dispute resolutions.
Natalie has a keen interest in successful outcomes for clients in terms of costs saving and defending liability positions.
Natalie joined McLarens in 2026 with multiple years of experience handling both Public Liability and Employers Liability claims on behalf of specialist insurance-focused law firms.
