Natalie Robinette joined McLarens in 2008 as Executive Assistant to the CEO, and in 2022 was promoted to Chief of Staff. She brings more than 25 years of experience in operations, employee relations, and managing the Company’s employee stock option program. In addition, Natalie oversees and manages the Company’s Employee Reward and Incentive program.
Currently she serves as Director of many legal entities within the McLarens global portfolio of entities.
