Natasha began her working career with Royal Insurance in 1996 and joined Pearl Insurance in 1997. Various acquisitions took place and eventually the Company became Direct Line Group where she remained for 16 years, ultimately working as a Technical Claims Controller in the Liability Team.
Following redundancy as the operation moved to Leeds from Peterborough, Natasha was successful in securing a role with Phoenix Liability Services as a desk top claims handler in 2012. In 2015 she was promoted to a Liability Adjuster and remained with Phoenix Liability Services until securing a role with McLarens as a Liability Adjuster.
