Nathan has extensive national large-loss expertise and technical knowledge of commercial roofing systems, building envelopes, interior finishes, and complex property losses involving hail, fire, water, wind, freeze, and builder’s risk exposures. He has successfully managed high-exposure losses exceeding $40 million and is known for his strong communication, coverage expertise, and commitment to exceptional client service.
