Ms. Ma Ngoc Anh is the Finance and Administration Manager for Mclarens Vietnam, bringing over 19 years of experience within the organisation. Since joining McLarens in March 2007, she has developed extensive expertise across finance, accounting, tax, compliance, human resources, and administrative management, playing a pivotal role in supporting the company’s operations in Vietnam.
Ms. Anh is responsible for overseeing financial management and accounting functions, ensuring accurate reporting and full compliance with local regulatory requirements. She plays a key role in financial planning, governance, and operational oversight, contributing to the stability and ongoing growth of the Vietnam business.
In addition to her financial leadership, Ms. Anh manages human resources and administrative functions, ensuring efficient internal processes and supporting a high-performing, well-coordinated team environment. Her role also extends to providing claim support services, including Chinese language translation for cross-border matters in Vietnam and Nepal, enhancing communication and service delivery in complex claims.
