Hien Nguyen is a Certified CILA loss adjuster with over eight years of experience handling property, construction, liability, and business interruption claims across Vietnam and the wider region. He brings a strong foundation in both technical claims assessment and international business.
Hien holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from Western Sydney University and a Master of International Business from RMIT University, equipping him with a solid understanding of global commercial practices and cross-border operations.
He has experience managing a wide range of complex and catastrophe losses, including typhoon-related claims in Vietnam and earthquake-related claims in Thailand, where he has handled high volumes of claims under tight timelines. His expertise also includes product liability claims involving contamination and manufacturing defects, as well as construction and engineering losses, including incidents during testing and commissioning phases of renewable energy projects.In addition, Hien has strong experience in business interruption claims, including the assessment of loss of gross profit and increased cost of working, supported by detailed financial analysis and policy interpretation.
