Olga Sudvarg joined McLarens as Chief of Staff in March 2026, bringing more than 20 years of experience helping global financial services organizations translate strategy into operational results.
Prior to joining McLarens, Olga served as Chief Operating Officer for the Enterprise Data & Analytics Office at Invesco, a global asset manager, where she led global strategy and execution for the firm’s enterprise data ecosystem. Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles at SunTrust Bank (now Truist), where she led internal consulting and analytics teams supporting multiple business lines. Olga began her career in management consulting at Ernst & Young and also held roles at Morgan Stanley.
She holds an MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Georgia State University.
