Olivia graduated from Universidade Federal da Bahia, Salvador, BA, Brazil, Bachelor’s with a Degree in Architecture.
From1988 through 2002 in Brazil and from 2002 through 2008 in USA, she worked as a project construction manager in estimating, planning and designing for institutional, industrial, commercial, health care, and residential projects in both the public and private sectors.
Starting in 2008, Olivia started handling claims for private and commercial businesses. before joined McLarens as an adjuster-trainee in February 2011 assisting and eventually handling various national accounts.
