Paul graduated from the University of Salford with a BA (Hons) in 2010 and began his career in the insurance industry shortly afterwards. He first gained valuable experience as a motor claims handler with a leading insurer, before progressing to manage high-net-worth vacation insurance claims.
Paul later transitioned into commercial claims handling with a major commercial insurer, where he was first introduced to the field of loss adjusting. Inspired by the challenges, variety and impact of the role, he joined a national loss adjusting practice.
After 18 months, Paul was promoted to Field Loss Adjuster and spent the next two and a half years managing a broad range of complex claims while continuing his professional development.
Paul subsequently joined McLarens in 2021, where he has made a significant impact, leading many complex losses. His continued growth and leadership led to his promotion to Executive Manager, a role in which he played a key part in expanding the North of England Commercial team through to its eventual regional split.
Paul has now been promoted to Head of Commercial North, overseeing the Northern Ireland, Scotland, North West, and North East & Yorkshire regions.
