Quang Nguyen is a highly experienced loss adjusting professional with over 15 years of expertise in managing large and complex non-marine claims across Vietnam and internationally. In his new role as Director, Vietnam, he will share joint leadership responsibilities, supporting the strategic growth and operational excellence of McLarens’ Vietnam business.
Quang joined McLarens in 2011 and was appointed Non-Marine Manager in 2014. Since then, he has led teams handling major and technically challenging losses across a broad range of industries. His core areas of expertise include general property, casualty, power and energy, engineering, product recall, and business interruption.
Throughout his career, Quang has built a strong reputation for delivering effective solutions on high-value and complex assignments. He has significant international experience, having managed claims and catastrophe events across the United States, the United Kingdom, and Southeast Asia.
In recognition of his outstanding performance and leadership, Quang was awarded the McLarens Platinum Circle Employee Award in 2021. He is also an active contributor to the insurance community in Vietnam and is a regular speaker at industry seminars.
Quang is recognised for his strong technical capability, leadership in high-pressure environments, and ability to manage complex, multi-faceted claims. His appointment as Director, Vietnam reflects his significant contribution to the business and his continued role in driving growth and delivering exceptional client outcomes.
