Currently, as a Claims Examiner at McLarens, she oversees the full claims lifecycle, directing loss adjusters and third-party administrators, performing detailed policy analysis, establishing appropriate reserves, and managing Electronic Claims File (ECF) updates. Her methodical and strategic approach ensures alignment of claims outcomes with organizational risk management objectives and stakeholder expectations.
