He began his career as a Junior Engineer in construction, gaining hands-on experience in large-scale civil and infrastructure projects, before transitioning to loss adjusting in 2011. Since then, he has handled complex, high-value claims across hospitality, property, manufacturing, retail, and infrastructure sectors.
Reza has led numerous damage investigations, causation analyses, and multi-million-dollar claim negotiations. His civil engineering expertise, combined with deep insurance knowledge, enables him to deliver technically sound and commercially practical outcomes.
