Robyn first worked at Liberty Mutual Insurance Company’s headquarters in Boston in the corporate legal department, before transitioning to Electric Insurance Company where she oversaw all global cargo claims, global property claims and international liability claims. It was at that time that she was first introduced to McLarens who were the TPA on those cargo and property accounts. Robyn joined McLarens in 2015 and continues to serve as the TPA for the cargo account she handled at Electic Insurance previously, as well as cargo accounts.
Robyn enjoys the challenge and variety of cargo claims, having handled losses involving pharmaceuticals, power generation equipment, aircraft engines, household furniture, clothing and more. Those losses range from wet packaging to barges tipping over to heavy equipment being side swiped by a train.
