Roeland began his career working for a contractor involved in design and erection of structural steel for buildings, power plants and oil & gas industry. Roeland joined Vanderwal & Joosten in 2000 as a loss adjuster. In 2011 he joined the Management Team of VWJ, now McLarens.
Roeland has wide experience in handling Construction All Risk(CAR), Liabilty and Property claims in the Netherlands and across Europe. Particular areas of experience include Mechanical and Civil Engineering.
